Over the last years green issues have been talked more and more. There are key changes happening around the world such as climate change, energy usage, water usage, pollution, food and etc. They receive attention because negative changes in these areas threatened the future of humanity. Being as a consumer and a producer organizations are responsible for these changes, too. To help the sustainability of humanity organizations need to change their management approach at first. In this perspective, having a “green” management approach is important for organizations. Green management is an approach which is putting environmental activities in front of the market shares and green product mentality and make up an ecological work comprehension. According to this approach organizations know themselves one of the effective components about the environmental issues being as a responsible. Green management is also an opportunity for organizations, who make up the economy of the countries and who produce the needs of people, to add a value for the sustainability of the world and their organization.
