Wei Shu-Mei is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Foreign Language of the Ching Yun University in Taiwan. Over the past five years, she has published in Chinese and English over topics concerned with intercultural dance and theatre. She recently published her PhD thesis researching on the interrelationships of identity, the diasporic, space, and theatricality in the specific context of modern Taiwanese theatre practice.
